Q. What's the difference between free and premium membership?
A. Full membership has several features not available to basic members:
- Direct website address (www.yourname.com).
- Personal email (contactname@yourname.com).
- Additional pages: Bio, News, Press, and Links.
- Open contact information page.
- Web stats so you know when others view your profile.
- $20 off your Demo Reels or VideoSlates as long as you are a subscriber.
Q. What are the prices and payment options?
A. All subscriptions are done through PayPal, one of the largest payment processors in the United States.
PayPal payments can be done via a credit card or an e-check and are the most secure way to
subscribe online. Current subscription prices are $9.95/month.
Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
A. Because you subscribe via PayPal, you can ubsubscribe any time via your PayPal account. We do not keep your credit
information on file, and there are no advance notice requirements.
Q. How do I set up my direct web link and email?
A. In order to register a domain name (e.g. www.myname.com) you need to first make sure that the name is available.
Go to the web address you would like to register and check if a website with that name already exists. If it does, you need to
think of another domain name. For example, if your name is Kate Hudson and katehudson.com is taken, try
katehudson.net, katehudson.us, katehudson.name, or katehudson.info. Or try variations on your name,
such as castkatehudson.com or whereiskatehudson.com.
Once you find a name that's available, please email
help@reelact.com with your desired domain name and your phone number, and
someone will call you to set up your website and email.
